The aroma when I opened the bag was amazing—notes of chocolate and a hint of citrus. Brewed it with my French press, and the flavor was deep, balanced, and not too acidic. This medium roast hits all the right notes for me—bright acidity up front with a clean finish. I picked up hints of red berries and a slight nutty undertone. I brewed it using a Chemex to really bring out the clarity, and it delivered big time. The roast profile is well-balanced and shows off the bean’s origin beautifully.
